Sleeping Beach A between level break, how nice. I walk around the soothing beach and suddenly hear some nice music coming from a radio. It fit the mood perfectly.
Turning to the source of the song, it’s none other than Mr. Sandman’s boombox!
“Good to see you here, I’ve been running low on Grain Gear.”
“Ah, come on, you know I’m always there when you need me. Now, what’ll it be?” Sandman said with a knowing smile.
Browsing the selection, I spot his new, patented, “Great Grain Gun.”
“So you finally finished it, huh?”
“Indeed. And let me tell you, it packs quite the punch.”
“How many grain bux?”
“250.”
“250, huh? You sure are raising your prices old man…”
“Gotta keep up with the grain economy somehow. And besides… I think you’ll find the price worth it. Those Grain Brains will feel nothing but Grain Pain.”
“I like the sound of that. It’s a deal.”
“Sounds good.”
I exchange my Grain Bux with Mr. Sandman, and despite the now heavy dent in my Grain Wallet, just from holding this thing I can tell that I won’t regret my decision.
Walking away from Mr. Sandman’s store with a wave, I sit on the shore, watching the ocean.
Gotta recover my HP before moving on to the next level.
